First of all amazing platform for the fellow artists and performers!!
And hosted by my favourite KAMAL sir and also my favourite star SALMAN sir from bigg boss(Hindi).
My issue is not with the show,this post has nothing to do with the show.
However if this post was portraying a picture of something informative, motivating and beneficial for our health/fitness or just generally us, some of us probably would have scrolled away.
Not saying that bigg boss isn’t a good show, you get to learn loads from there too. But sometimes we tend to overlook our priorities and what we may need on a daily basis to function better on a health/fitness point of view.
IF YOU ACTUALLY CLICKED FASTER THAN USUAL TO READ THIS POST, that is exactly my point. Repeating the same question to every other fitness enthusiast and professional isn’t going to help us in the long run. I’m not saying you shouldn’t , all I am saying we should take initiative to take care of ourselves more as we are OUR OWN BIGG BOSS, and if we are not in check there is no “WILD CARD ENTRY” for a better health and a better life once we’ve lost it.
SO PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOURSELF TODAY! TAKE ACTION NOW FOR A BETTER PHYSICAL AND HOPEFULLY EVEN BETTER MENTAL HEALTH!
BE YOUR OWN BIGBOSS!
Sorry if I may have sounded a little harsh at any point, my only motive is to get you going to better your self!
